Our Anera places of work in Palestine continued to operate through the Gaza wars and each intifadas. Anera has been delivering packages in Jerusalem since its founding in 1968, and we've had an workplace in East Jerusalem since 1976, in Sheikh Jarrah for nearly 20 years. Even when legal restrictions and other barriers preclude program activity in East Jerusalem, we retain our presence here to level out our support for the Palestinian communities that reside in the city.
